The guesthouse is located in a residential, quiet and familiar area of San Telmo, 8 blocks away from Dorrego square, 2 blocks away from Lezama Park and 5 blocks from the subway and train station, just few minutes away from La Boca and downtown.

Our house is a loft with rooms. Its history is the same as their similar. It was first used as deposit and workshop of a large cookie factory. Later it was transformed into a living and working space. In this way our loft and those surrounding became the first of their kind in Buenos Aires. The rooms overlook a large open space with 19 feet ceilings and large windows that communicate with a garden and a grill.
