The house offers lodging in five rooms and a private apartment, distributed in two plants. ropitious for classic poets, writers, musicians, Bohemians, anxious, loving spirits of the conversation, people who enjoy the privacy and the style.
At night the house comes alive with literary, jazz concert, wine shows, as well as the tango dances that are often held. The living room is built to accommodate for special celebrations such as book presentations, breakfast or business dinners.
