Cloister of “Ntra. Señora del Pilar”

It is the second oldest parish of Buenos Aires. It was built between 1716 and 1732 by the Jesuit architect Andrea Bianchi. Its cloisters conserve a lot of works of art, especially altarpieces, images and worship elements of that epoch of “recoletos” friars who lived inside. Next to the church there is a small museum.
