San José de Lules, a town located 20 kilometers from San Miguel de Tucumán.
Place where there are the ruins of the Church of San José de Lules. This church
constitutes a clear testimony of the colonization in the county.
The Gulch of Lules, a few kilometers away, offers a beautiful landscape
among the high summits, valleys and cascades.
San Javier Village, located 20 kilometers from Tucumán. The Hill San Javier
located at 1.220 m.o.s.l. offers one of the most splendid views from the forest
of Tucumán.
Simoca, population located at 58 kilometers from the city of Tucumán. It
is the urban center of a vast agricultural and industrial area. There the famous
Fair of Simoca, traditional event that concentrates producers and tourists is
carried out every week.
El Cochuna Provincial Park, located at 1.700 m.a.s.l. preserves the dense
subtropical flora; there is the Laguna del Tesoro, place of extraordinary beauty,
