Pinamar is a tourist city located in Buenos Aires to the southeast of the Capital Federal. It is considered one of the tourist top cities of Argentina. The beauty of its landscapes is placed on populated beaches, leafy avenues and special construction styles.

How is it possible to arrive?
It is possible to arrive to Pinamar by land, air and train. By land, people can take bus companies that arrive to the Local Bus Station in Jason. By air, people can take flights from The Jorge Newberry Airpark from the city of Buenos Aires to the Villa Gesell Aerodrome, located in the Road 2 to Masebo. Another way to arrive is by train: the Ferrobaries Company departs from the Divisadero of Pinamar Train Station to Pinamar.

Water Blessing (January)
This is a big celebration that gathers tourists in order to wish good desires to the beginning season. It symbolizes the opening of the summer season. The parish priest blesses the waters and the lifeguards get into the water with colorful torches in a boat to send flowers to the sea. The show finishes with different fireworks shining in the sky, a musical festival and a toast.
Pinamar Anniversary (July)
The first of July, Pinamar celebrates its anniversary with emotive ceremonies and the participation of regional artists.
Endurance (April)
The Equestrian International Federation defines this competition as a “race against the clock” where the horses compete to prove velocity and resistance. The main objective is traveling across the fields in the least time. International specialists participate. The competition is 3 days long.
Tourism in Pinamar
In Pinamar, people can practice nautical activities like windsurfing, jet ski, wakeboarding, motorboat trips, etc. The beaches are the major attraction, there, people can play volley, tennis and so on.
Outskirts of Pinamar, it is possible to ride, driving vans, visiting nearby spas, going on photographic safaris or practicing golf in one of the best golf courses of the country.

Pinamar possesses three of the best Golf fields in Argentina.

The “Herradura” has two polo fields in optimal conditions; they were designed by the recognized specialist Alejandro Battro.

Pinamar offers to the art and culture lover’s different proposals:
Art galleries, theatres, museums, shopping areas, handmade crafts, concerts and festivals, recitals, among other cultural events.
The Altera gallery, a work of the recognized architect Clorindo Testa, proposes interesting “muestras” (samples) and classical music concerts. Today, Altera and Pegaso Galleries, in Cariló, are part of a cultural circuit.
Casa Museo Víctor Magariños (Museum)
In this place you will be able to appreciate the work of plastic artists; besides you can enjoy other temporary exhibitions and music concerts.
Theatre
La Torre Municipal Theatre, also called Bar de Arte El Ojo de las Artes, has diverse performances all the year. The Oasis Movie Theatre has performances during summer.
Sand board
Practicing sand board is an interesting adventure in here because the only way to access the “medanos altos” (a particular place to practice this sport) is by car, on 4x4 vehicles or four wheelers.
Fishing
Along the vast beach, you will find channels, water wells and water entrances where, without any doubt, you will find suitable areas to practice coast fishing.
Strolls
The paths within woods and beaches are ideal to make strolls and enjoying the surrounding nature.
Bird watching
It is an excursion prepared by The City Tourism Secretary towards The Juancho ViejoArgentinean Ranch in order to observe different kinds of birds.
4x4 Off-roaring
Another possibility to enjoy the landscapes is to make a 4x4 off-roaring and be part of a fantastic adventure.
