The Pampa is one of the newest provinces of Argentina. However, the “Pampean” entity goes back long ago in history because it is considered as one of the first populations which existed nine thousand years ago.

This legendary region possesses fertile prairies dedicated to the agriculture and cattle production. It also contains enormous extensions of natural forests inhabited by old species and surrounded by beautiful valleys with lagoons and marshlands.

Park Luro is a provincial reservation that covers 7.500 hectares. It is one of the biggest fenced areas of the world. This ecosystem, composed by forests, valleys and lagoons, is considered a natural paradise. A varied wild fauna can be found there.

Park Lihué Calel translated from Mapuche words means "mountains of life". It is a biological island, a park of volcanic mountains 200 million years old. The natural marvel of La Pampa presents hills, valleys, streams, springs and exceptional flora and fauna; besides, enigmatic Rupestrian cave paintings decorate the rocky walls.

Puelches is a small town that is located 35 kilometers from the Park Lihué Calel. It is very popular because of its varied crafts and textures made of sheep wool. This wonderful works are captured in beautiful wallets of male goat skin, tobacco bags of ostrich nape, ceramic, carpets and tanned leather.

La Comarca de la Sal is a natural salt deposit which is located in the extensive region of La Pampa. It is an immense scenario covered by salt crystals.

Lagoon of Guatraché is located 11 kilometers from the urban center of Guatraché. This is a huge lagoon with great saline content that allows immersion baths and mud-therapy. This is an ideal place for enjoying beaches, camping and relaxing.

Termas de Bernardo Larroudé is a thermal center located in the city of the same name. It contains thermal waters that rise to an approximate temperature of 30ºC and that have a high mineral content. There are also colonies of algae which offer another thermal resource.
