Empedrado is a small town located 55 kilometers from Corrientes.
It is known as “the pearl of the Paraná”. It preserves the attractiveness of the old towns thanks to its typical large houses and landscapes. There is a nice hotel located near spectacular cliffs over the Paraná River.
Sport fishing, especially the dorados, pacú, surubí and pez Amarillo types, can be practiced the whole year.
How to get to Empedrado
The National Road No. 12 in the principal accesses to the city that communicates the provincial capital with other important cities (Paraná, Santa Fe, Buenos Aires). Also it is communicated with Corrientes city and Bubneos Aires by a train and a hydroway by Paraná River.
