Miramar is a big spa which is located 197 kilometers away from Córdoba.

Distance to Buenos Aires         730 Km


Its beaches are firm and they have a delicate declination. This is a specialized center in “balneo-fangoterapia”: its waters possess therapeutic properties and so does the accumulated mud. The place is an important refuge of wild life too.
Its climate is very pleasant, template most of the year. The Balneario developed very fat among 1940 and 1960, due the therapeutical properties of the waters of the great salty lake called Mar Chiquita Lagoon or Mar de Ansenuza lagoon.

How to get to Miramar

Miramar it is located in Argentina’s hearth, to the Northwest of Córdoba province, at Mar Chiquita Lagoon shore.
It is the only city at the Lagoon shore; you can get to Miramar by the National road Nº19, from Córdoba or from San Francisco city.

Primavera in the Sea

September 21

Spring festivity known as "Primavera en el Mar" it takes place in Playa Apomar at 15.30 hours. There’s the tourist reception with prizes and surprises. Garden contests ("Miramar en Arco Iris"), decoration and shop Windows ornamentation and a musical live spectacle in front of the sea.

- Región de Ansenuza Anibal Montes Museum
It was founded on 1.954 with the research and discoveries of the Engineer Aníbal Montes, Grenón father, the history teller Marcelo Montes Pacheco and the Doctor Héctor Salvetti, founder of the museum.
Its physical formation is made with elements obtained in the south half moon of Mar Chiquita Lagoon and Ansenuza indigenous province.
