OBJECTIVE:
TRAVEL OPINION is a tool to share and publish your opinions and comments about our clients in the different categories(Hotels and lodges, tourism and travels, our articles and opinions in general).
How it Works:
- To publish a comment or opinion you must be a registered user, please fill the registration form and add your comment, finally click on send, is a very simple procedure.
- Once you have sent the form, the publication will take 48 hours(working hours), previously TRAVEL OPINION team will review and aprove each text.
- Please do not hesitate in contact us for suggestions or observations to: TRAVEL OPINION.
PRICES
Opinions or comments publication has no cost, is a free service.
TIME
Each travel opinions will be on line for 1 to 12 months. The renewal will take effect according to our policies and under user request.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The users that publish its opinions and/or comments will be subject to the following terms and conditions:
Norms of confidentiality / privacy
- The information sent by the users is published just with an informative character, it has no cost and therefore cannot be sold or rent.
- TRAVEL OPINION reserves the right of acceptance or rejection of any opinion or comment sent.
- TRAVEL OPINION doesn't guarantee the publication neither the vigency time of the comments or opinions.
Norms of Modification / bring up to date of the information.
- Once the user voluntarily provide their information and comments, we would like to enhance the importance of providing clear information, to promote the correct clasification in TRAVEL OPINION data base, being each user responsability the veracity of the provided information.
- Will be rejected of our Web all the users that spread contents or propaganda with racist, xenophobic, pornographic character or that is consider an attempt against the human rights and public liberties constitutionally recognized in the international treaties.
- The user has the right to request the suspension of its opinion and/or comment published in TRAVEL OPINION at any time.
- TRAVEL OPINION will be able to modify or to write off the services that provide to its users at any time, we recommend the users to take precautions.
Terms acceptance.
The present confidentiality/privacity statement is subject to TRAVEL OPINION terms and conditions, and constitute a legal agreement between the user and TRAVEL OPINION.
If the user send a comment to TRAVEL OPINION, means that he/she read, understand and accept the terms detailed above. If the user doesn't agree with the exposed terms, the user must not provide any information nor use our services.
TRAVEL OPINION has no responsability on the contents of the published information. In despite of it, assume the compromise to use different media to assure the correct apliance of the rules and terms previously exposed.
REVISION AND APPROVAL.
- The title must be clear and consistent with the opinion text, and not exceed the 150 characters lenght.
- The opinion must be clear, and refered to one of the mentioned categories.
- Insulting or degradating words that could represent a image damage of someone won't be published.
