The Austral Hotel in El Calafate was helpful and friendly. The host spoke very good english. They could change dollars into local currency at a good rate. The breakfast was good. They were able to arrange day trips to the perito moreno glaciar. They did not accept dollars travellers check and there was a 10% charge for paying with visa. Very convenient to the bus station.and the shops. Fridge in rooms
Overall very friendly and helpful.
